Counting down to Harrington Grove’s second precinct – ‘Maculata’

We have received an overwhelming response since the release of the first precinct ‘Araucaria.’ Over 60% of home sites have already been sold; many of these with spectacular views of neighbouring Harrington Park and beautiful Camden Valley.

Not surprisingly there is a lot of anticipation about the next precinct called ‘Maculata.’ Maculata takes its name from the surrounding Spotted Gum trees Corymbia (Eucalyptus) maculata. These are beautiful trees characterised by their spotted trunk and dark green foliage. They are fast growing trees that successfully integrate with most architectural styles and blend well with almost all other plantings.

Work is well underway on the second precinct and will be ready for release this summer. Like the first precinct, ‘Maculata’ will again feature very large homesites set amongst bushland that mostly fronts on to park area. Many of the homesites will have views of the surrounding landscape and district views to Camden and of course, all will be in walking distance to the fabulous Country Club.
