Spring at Harrington Grove
Spring is upon us; that lovely time of year when the weather is starting to get warmer and images of new growth, colourful flowers in full bloom and fresh beginnings all come to mind. As Harrington Grove has over 280 hectares of land preserved in its natural state, Springtime is particularly beautiful and significant on the estate.
During the year many environmental initiatives and extensive conservation and rejuvenation work has been carried out. We have planted over 250,000 new plants and trees and our onsite nursery is nurturing plants that are ordinarily difficult to grow.
Some of the various initiatives carried out include extensive weed control, creek bed stabilisation and work on the prevention of soil erosion. As well as nurturing our beautiful natural environment, the seeds have also been planted for the growth of a wonderful new community which is expected to thrive, with a natural backdrop that is nothing short of breathtaking.
Harrington Grove is a very special place; an exclusive lifestyle estate with generous widely spaced homesites encompassed by unspoilt natural bushland. Nestled amongst the homesites is the spectacular architect designed Country Club with tennis courts, 25m swimming pool and fully equipped gym for the exclusive use of Harrington Grove residents.
The stunning interior is really something to see with its soaring ceilings, jarrah walls and huge expanses of glass spilling out to balconies overlooking beautiful leafy surrounds. It is also home to the fabulous Jarrahs restaurant and bar which has recently opened. The Country Club is the heart and soul of Harrington Grove, the focal point where residents and their families can meet up with friends and neighbours and relax, interact and enjoy themselves.
Harrington Grove residents will be among the first to enjoy the fastest internet in Australia. Harrington Grove is a Telstra Smart Community with the latest velocity fibre-to-the-home-network now in place and operating. This is running at 20 Mbps, which is 5 times faster than average internet speeds. Later this year it will be upgraded to 100 Mbps which is 20 times faster than current speeds.
Not only will Harrington Grove residents enjoy the absolute latest in communications technology, residents will experience future ready technology. In other words, the technology and infrastructure in place is ready for future technological advancements when they occur.
