Dianella Now Available
'Dianella' is the fourth and latest precinct to be released at Harrington Grove. Dianella which takes its name from the distinctive native Dianella longifolia plant with its blue fruits, shiny black seeds and colourful flowers found growing on the estate during summer. The Dianella Precinct, with homesites from 702sqm to 1167sqm, is a private enclave surrounded by extensive bushland.

Lomandra Rise
‘Lomandra Rise’ is the third precinct to be released at Harrington Grove. Lomandra Rise is an exclusive bushland enclave and is named after the native grass-like and flowering plant Lomandra longifolia found growing on the estate. This third precinct enjoys an elevated position and is surrounded by picturesque natural bushland. Maculata Precinct Now Available
"Maculata" is the second precinct to be released at Harrington Grove. It takes its name from the surrounding Spotted Gum trees Corymbia (Eucalyptus) Maculata. These are beautiful trees characterised by their spotted trunk and dark green foliage. Like the first precinct ‘Araucaria,’ ‘Maculata’ will feature generous homesites nestled in unspoilt bushland. Araucaria Precinct 90% Sold (2010)
Harrington Grove's first precinct named ‘Araucaria’ was released on 28th September 2008. 10% of the lots were sold within the first week of release. The precinct contains 105 lots with various lot sizes.
