Residents enjoy grand opening of Michelia Club

Harrington Grove’s third and final neighbourhood centre, Michelia Club, has officially opened to roaring approval from the local community. Complemented by the Harrington Grove Country Club and Magnolia Club, Michelia Club has been developed for Harrington Grove’s discerning residents and represents the ultimate in class and quality that has become synonymous with Harrington Grove. It contains a full-sized tennis court, swimming pool, barbecue facilities, children's playground, picnic areas, gazebo, communal seating areas and a gymnasium. “When people go out looking for a homesite or a home, they are looking for the type of lifestyle that they will be afforded, far beyond the bricks and mortar. We have always been driven by the most discerning residents and are always seeking to do what is best for the neighbourhood as well as the greater Camden area,” says Terry Goldacre, Managing Director of Harrington Estates. Residents were very impressed with the quality and scope of the facilities at the club and turned out in their hundreds to be a part of the grand opening. The event was also attended by Mayor of Camden Lara Symkowiak, Member for Camden Chris Patterson, council members and other special guests. Following the official addresses the crowd was free to enjoy the facilities and refreshments on offer long into the afternoon. Lara Symkowiak, Mayor of Camden, has long been impressed with the Harrington Estates ethos. “Congratulations to Harrington Estates on a fantastic club here in Harrington Grove. You don’t need to look very far in our local government area to see that Harrington Estates really does produce exceptional and quality communities,” she says. Chris Patterson, Member for Camden, was equally complimentary about the class of the estate. “The Harrington Estates team has had the vision for estates of this quality for more than 20 years, but the fact that they over-exceed and over-deliver on those promises is extremely rare,” he says.
