Harrington Grove is honoured to be awarded the prestigious Residential Development of the Year (2013) by Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA NSW) at the Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner on Friday 26 July 2013. This award recognises Harrington Grove as the best residential development in NSW / ACT.

Harrington Grove’s commitment to building a lively and cohesive community, buzzing with activity was recognised by the UDIA NSW when awarding Harrington Grove with this top honour.

In presenting Harrington Grove with the Residential Award, the judges said, “The developers have done a superior job working within the environmental constraints to deliver an impressive, non imposing development. There is also a strong sense of community in the area, illustrated through examples such as the community association’s maintenance of the well-landscaped verges and pathways. The Country Club is exceptional with exclusive facilities including a sensational gym and tennis courts. There is now a home for executive families in the southwest.”

In addition to resident facilities such as the Harrington Grove Country Club, two swimming pools, tennis courts, gymnasium, barbecue and picnic areas, playgrounds, outdoor amphitheatre and an extensive network of cycleways, the essence of community is paramount.

Harrington Grove now becomes the NSW nomination for the national awards, which will be announced in March 2014.
